  • Registration Fee

    We collect a $50 registration fee per child at the time of registration. This registration fee helps us cover our administrative costs, provides us funds to purchase supplies and equipment for camper activities, and a camp shirt for your child. Make sure to select your child’s t-shirt size during registration! This fee is included in the total price of camp.

  • Weekly Tuition

    Each week of camp is 400$ plus an $14 processing fee per child.

    *At this time we are NOT able to have daily drop-ins for camp.

  • Discounts

    Sibling Discount - 10% off weekly tuition

    Alpine County Full Time Resident/ Full Time Employee discount - 75% off weekly tuition

  • Cancellation Policy

    Weekly registrations must be cancelled 7 days prior to start date to receive a refund/credit. Cancellations 6 - 2 days prior to start date will receive a 50% refund/credit of the weekly tuition. Cancellations within 24 hours of the start date are non-refundable. Registration fees are non-refundable. Camp may be canceled due to excessive smoke and/or wildfires in the area. If camp is canceled due to smoke or wildfires we will try to reschedule you to a different week or you can receive a credit for next year.

  • Drop Off & Pick Up

    Drop off is between 9 and 9:15am and pick up is between 2:45 and 3pm. We cannot accept late drop offs as groups will be in various locations and starting their activities for the day. Please be on time for pick up. Parents/guardians will be charged $1 for every minute they are late after 3:10pm.
